REGULATIONS

1. Quiet hours are mandatory from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please keep quiet in the apartment and common areas of the building
2. The hotel day lasts from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the next day. Additional charges apply for late check-out.
3. Keys should be returned at the reception during opening hours or put in the black box located next to the reception door. A penalty of PLN 200 will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.
4. If the keys are lost or locked inside the apartment, the cost of opening it outside the reception hours is PLN 100.
5. The facility is not responsible for items left in the apartment, reception, corridor, etc. during your stay and after check-out. Items left at the property that are not immediately disposed of for hygiene reasons are stored for a period of 3 months from the date of check-out.
6. Smoking cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and consuming intoxicants is strictly prohibited on the premises. The penalty for breaking the ban is PLN 500.
7. Check-in and collection of keys takes place on the basis of the Guest's identity card (ID card, passport document, residence card).
8. Minors must be identified (school ID, health booklet) and if they are traveling alone - without a legal guardian - they must have the Consent of their Parent/Legal Guardian to stay overnight at Fresh Apartments. If it is not possible to verify the child's identity and/or there is no legal consent to stay overnight at Fresh Apartments, the facility employee has the right to refuse to accept the reservation (cancellation free of charge for each night over 1 day).
9. Detailed information about foods available at the facility is available at the reception upon request.
10. Pets are strictly prohibited at Fresh Apartments. The exception is the prior consent of the facility and the signing of an appropriate declaration by the animal's owner.
11. Guests of Fresh Apartments are financially responsible for all damage to the apartment equipment or building caused by their fault.
12. The facility reserves the right to immediately end the stay if its behaviour is considered reprehensible.
